The unencrypted chatter seems like a lot of Space Figure Skating, dueling matches and the associated betting, and interpersonal chirruping. (Even Nirai have sex lives, who knew?) If she looks, Nirai Remi's name comes up a couple times in the context of (a) dancing and (b) scheduling access to detector time. There's been a certain amount of excited encrypted activity that seems, not unreasonably, to be related to their arrival.
Sasha can also see the Rosemallow ship's internet use. There appears to be some unencrypted chatter with Station Moongray about banal resupply matters, and then some encrypted mumbling internal to the ship, in what looks unsurprisingly like a foreign encryption system.
