He doesn't salute either Rahal--that would be inappropriate--but he bows just slightly too deeply, and his eyes flick to Virmad as if gauging Virmad's reaction. "Magistrates," Teo says, very formal. "I understand I am to facilitate the transfer of a...prisoner?"
