Chapter 3: opt-in post

We'll be starting Chapter 3 (the next arc) in January 2020, with a bit of a fast-forward to Ashari's base. Ashari will be holding a party to reintegrate the team and its members; this will also give us a way to retire characters who are no longer involved, or to add new players who have joined.
Current players, please opt into Chapter 3 by commenting on this post. If you're an inactive player and wish to remain inactive, you need do nothing further. You are of course welcome to state you're inactive or wish to opt out of Chapter 3 if you want it for the record.
