"Umbral moonshine" wins the prize for "math thing I'm interested in that sounds most like part of a Shadowrun game". I'm betting it counts as a classical theory in the hexarchate, though!

Ahahahahaha you outmath me lots. =) I've never even heard of umbral moonshine, but it does indeed sound like something out of Shadowrun!
(I don't intend on making the RPG dependent on real math, although snarky math jokes are fine! I mean, the whole thing is a magic system.)
