There's a pause in the humming, which then resumes. The moth replies with (10,000, 4), (100,000, 5), etc. It goes on in this vein for a while, then pauses again and sends a bunch of coordinates that, if plotted in dot-to-dot fashion, do a rather nice job of approximating the voidmoth sigil.
